We strive to accurately represent our products. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen settings.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities available

  • Change product descriptions or pricing without notice

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND TICKETS

Physical Products

When you place an order for merchandise, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it via email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (e.g., stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud).

Event Tickets

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless:

  • The event is cancelled by us (you will receive a full refund)

  • The event is postponed (your ticket remains valid for the rescheduled date)

You may transfer your ticket to another person by emailing us at least 24 hours before the event with the new attendee's details.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT (where applicable) unless otherwise stated.

  • Merchandise: Prices exclude shipping and handling

  • Event Tickets: Prices are as listed (presale, door, member rates)

  • Memberships: Recurring monthly fees as per your selected tier

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already placed.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (Merchandise)

We ship within South Africa only.

  • Shipping times: 3–5 business days (estimates only)

  • Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout

  • Risk of loss: Once we hand your package to the courier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs (not applicable for local orders)

  • Events outside our control (e.g., strikes, weather)

SECTION 6 – MEMBERSHIPS

BLAZE PARK offers monthly memberships with benefits such as:

  • Free entry to events

  • Discounted merchandise

  • Early access to tickets

Payment: Membership fees are billed monthly to your selected payment method.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused membership periods.

Changes: We may change membership benefits or pricing with 30 days' notice via email.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details, including:

  • 14‑day return window for merchandise

  • Non‑returnable items (sale items, gift cards, custom products)

  • Damaged or incorrect items (notify us within 7 days)

  • Ticket sales are final
